For furniture & equipment hire, deliveries & collections are generally Monday to Friday.   Delivery & collections times are at our discretion and may be subject to availability of equipment and other deliveries. 

If access times for venues are restricted, please communicate this prior to confirming a booking.   Out of hours deliveries/collections may incur additional delivery charges.  

The hire charges quoted assume that delivery of equipment is to a ground level location with suitable access for the equipment and access suitable for the associated motor vehicle(s) within 10 meters of the delivery point. All deliveries of equipment will be made to the nearest point undercover at ground level at Hirer’s premises. Goods must be returned to the point of delivery and stacked/packed the way they were delivered.
